Provide on-site interim manufacturing engineering support

Work with the team to improve O.E.E.

On site support to develop APQP documents such as Process flow, PFMEA & Control Plans

Help team to develop work instructions and gage instructions

Develop or improve cell layouts ensuring that run at rate requirements can be met

Manage the implementation of capital equipment

Review required fixtures and tooling and assist with any required improvements
